Shipping policy

Saint Jewellery Co will endeavour to ship products to you in a timely manner using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are always estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

We use a door to door delivery service and can take up to 1 to 3 days from order. Please note this service only works on business days. If the order is made on the weekend or a public holiday, the order will be sent out on the next working day. 

Please note that any order made after 10am will only be shipped out the following day and orders placed on a Friday After 10am will be dispatched the following Monday.
 

Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly to avoid any delays. Our Third Party Delivery Company only delivers from 8am - 5pm on business days.
 

We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Delivery is a set R110 fee for all orders under R1000.
